What is OTDC?
OTDC is an individualized program through Google Classroom and In-Person metrics tracking to realize baseball players full potential.

This is done through educational assignments and research that focus on Nutrition, Sleep, Strength and Conditioning, Baseball IQ, Mental Skills, College Recruiting Advice and more.

This is a program designed to mentor baseball athletes through the known and unknown challenges that they will face on the field, in the classroom and everywhere else.

OTDC was also created with the parent in mind to create a wraparound system for athletes and families to find solutions that work for the whole family.
WHAT I HAVE LEARNED:
In my discussion with 100’s of college coaches, these are the skills that they want their athletes to understand and be able to demonstrate, but many high school baseball players are lacking these skills across a variety of these areas and therefore are not prepared for the next level:
THE SKILLS COLLEGE COACHES LOOK FOR:
~How to compete
~Strength and conditioning
~Nutrition
~Mental skills
~Baseball fundamentals
~Sleep importance
~Hydration
~Importance of academics
~How to be coachable
~How to be a good teammate
Understanding How To
Develop These Skills:
These are all concepts that could be applied at any level of baseball, from JV, Varsity and College. OTDC has the experience and knowledge to teach this to any athlete that wants to get better at any level through understanding of what the average and advanced player at all levels looks like and how to attain that level. I have 10+ years of varsity and travel baseball coaching, 10+ years of teaching middle and high school students, professional baseball experience, college coaching experience and 1000’s of hours of individual lessons.

Baseball Specifics Metrics

Rapsodo Pro 2.0.
This tracks the data that will inform you on what you need to improve upon and has all the data points a college coach wants to see.

This process happens four times a year to measure progress and to give athletes realistic goals to achieve in different timeframes.
Google Classroom
Google Classroom is where athletes will receive 2-3 weekly assignments on Nutrition, Mental Skills, Strength and Conditioning, Baseball IQ, Video Analysis, College Recruiting and more.

Two times a month there will be a live Google Meet for 45 minutes discussing the assignments and Q&A. Once the class is over, parents will have an additional 30 minutes to ask questions.
Google Chat
Both athletes and parents will have access to Google Chat to communicate throughout the week about any question or issue happens. There will also be weekly check-ins with athletes through Google Chat to make sure they are able to complete the assignments for the week.
College Recruiting Process
Through Google Classroom assignments athletes will develop an understanding of what type of college is the right fit for them. OTDC has developed a year by year timeline based on experiences with athletes and students of what a high school students should be focused on each year in terms of expectations for baseball, school, college recruiting process, nutrition and strength and conditioning
Nutrition
Proper sports nutrition helps with performance, growth and development. Through food tracking, research and education, clients will be able to make better choices on what they put in their bodies and become more independent in their own nutrition journey.
Strength and Conditioning
OTDC has partnered with Evolution Fitness to offer weekly individualized workouts that are designed to improve your overall strength and speed on the baseball field. Evolution offers workouts through their app with support of expert S&C coaches to answers any questions you might have.
Mentoring
Every individual needs someone to be there for them. OTDC can provide guidance and support at every step of development, share knowledge and help develop new skills, habits and routines.
